Integrations with existing systems

Let your existing tools exchange information

Without copying the same data again.

A website form can create an enquiry in your customer system. A shop can pass order and payment information to another service. A completed task can update a report or notify the person responsible.

We first check which connections the existing products support. Where their built-in features are enough, we use them. A custom integration fills the part that is missing.

Which data should be shared?

Agree a source of truth for each record.

We decide where an order or customer record originates and which tools should receive a copy. We also agree where changes are made and how to match corresponding records.

Copying data alone is not always enough. We map fields and handle missing information. Useful reports or workflow automation can be added around that connection.

When a connection fails

The missing record should not disappear quietly.

External systems sometimes time out or send the same information twice. We account for retries, duplicate records and errors when designing the integration.

Depending on the scope, we can keep a history of changes, flag records that need attention and provide a way to resume work after a failure. Your team should know what succeeded and what still needs checking.

Build on what already works

An integration does not have to replace your system.

We can add one missing connection to an existing application or gradually improve a larger flow. Access, available interfaces and the condition of the current software determine what is possible.

Tell us which programs you use and where you currently re-enter or reconcile information. We will use that as the starting point.
